- College educated.
- Trained not just in administrative tasks like taking phone calls and calendar management but also in the basics of certain special niches.
- Most AVAs have previous experience in either BPO or Virtual Assistant job.
- Computer-savvy
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
