It has been a very positive experience. My MVA is extremely patient, very polite and courteous and a very fast learner. I’m absolutely amazed that the person who has never done electronic medical records has picked up so quickly so it shows that she has been trained well and she is very motivated to learn. Velp as a company is doing good. They respond very promptly with any questions we have and their manager has also been very prompt connecting us to the MVAs that we pick to interview or hire. In fact, we are so happy that we have referred Velp to our colleagues and physicians and will continue to do so. I really like the model, and they have really good candidates.
