Aside from growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Raffy also has an academic background in Mass Communications and a professional career that focuses on different facets of business process outsourcing. He has worked his way up from an agent to a senior manager, and has handled a myriad of accounts – customer service, telecommunications, billing, sales, finance, healthcare insurances and a lot more. He spent almost a decade handling teams and managing operations to achieve higher productivity. He is proven to be adept in maintaining high client satisfaction levels and in driving client retention and growth. Most people would view Ally as strict but approachable. She is reliable, enthusiastic and she is great with people. Ally is a Registered Nurse who has also gone to Medical School for 2 years. When she lost a parent, she took the responsibility of looking after her sisters and sending them to college. And so, she hustled at an early age. At 27, Ally was already an Operations Manager at a PR firm. Prior to that, she has worn several hats: sales representative, social media strategist, fundraising intern, writer. In 2016, Ally shifted her career back to where her heart belongs: healthcare. She started working as a Medical Virtual Assistant for a Primary Care Provider in the US while taking on a part-time job under a Physical Therapy clinic in Australia. Due to her consistent exemplary performance, she was offered a managerial position. Now, she works in Velp as Junior Executive for Sales & Operations. Ally’s work is invaluable to the company. Her drive to help lift others is commendable. Outside of work, she spends her time attending dance classes, experimenting in the kitchen, or backpacking.

Carlos’ stellar work background gave him a sophisticated grasp on maintaining client satisfaction, building professional relationships, and customer service. After studying engineering at the distinguished Mapua University, Carlos ventured into the Business Process Outsourcing world and gained 11 years of experience handling different accounts including sales, customer service and client retention. His leadership skills and performance history led him to a senior supervisory position wherein he consistently demonstrated sharp communication skills, good judgment, professionalism and initiative. Carlos has 3 jolly kids and enjoys playing the guitar.

Direct, organized and flexible, Pat is a vital member of the team. She has a certification on Human Resources Management from International Association of Professions Career College in Princeton, New Jersey, and a background on Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. She is well equipped with skills and experience when it comes to the outsourcing industry and has worked in a call center for more than 4 years prior. She enjoys reading books, watching movies and binge-watching TV series.

Clinton is a Registered Physical Therapist who has extensive experience in dealing with different people including celebrities and high-profile citizens. He is a straight-A student since kindergarten. In Velp, Clinton makes sure that quality and efficiency standards are met. He leads a team that monitors work quality and attendance, and helps Recruitment with candidate interviews. He is also currently taking Master of Arts in Education major in Special Education in his college alma mater, the prestigious University of the Philippines, where he also serves as a Teaching Associate. Albeit his very serious resumé, Clinton is actually a humorous, fun-loving adventurer who enjoys an active lifestyle, solo traveling, surfing and cooking.

Tina is a USRN and PHRN who began her career as a nurse and as a medical virtual assistant 8 years ago. Before that, she was a junior trainer for a healthcare account at a distinguished BPO company. With her academic qualification and years of experience in different domains of the healthcare world, both virtual and in-person, Tina has become a very valuable member of the training team. She is enthusiastic and a people person. She shares her energy outside of work by participating in marathons, spending time outdoors with her family and spending sleepless nights with her newborn.

Trixie joined the team in 2021, bringing with her a solid background in billing and accounting. She completed her first college degree in 1998 which helped her jumpstart her career in banking. In 2001, she decided to pursue nursing and got her second degree. After 6 years of working in a private tertiary hospital, Trixie ventured in the BPO world where she gained a decade worth of experience as a US Health Insurance Representative and a Medical Biller. In her past time, you will find Trixie watching documentaries, baking her favorite pastries or playing with her 3 dogs and 4 cats.

He is apt in various languages including JavaScript, HTML, CSS5, PHP, etc., website optimization, malware removal, backend debugging, writing and testing codes, troubleshooting complex issues and many more. Earl is innovative, detail-oriented and task-driven. If you can’t find him in front of his computers, he is probably out riding his motorcycle or spending time with his family (or his car).
